Refund policy

We have a no return policy unless the product is damaged, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or changed their mind due to the fact that each item is made to order.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, InfluenceTee offers a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

In the event of an insufficient or incorrect address being supplied, the customer may be subject to covering the costs associated with the reshipment of the product.
